It’s Dumpling , w/ It’s Food
🥢 Get hands-on experience making dumplings in our very first vegan cooking class with Lưu Lạc of It's Food.
During this engaging session, we'll be preparing two of our best-selling dumplings: Blackened Garlic Fungi and Meat, Leek, & Scallions. By the end of the class, you will have learned not only how to make the dumplings from scratch but also how to cook them using several different methods. To complement the cooking experience, the class includes a carefully curated gluten-free, three-course meal inspired by Vietnamese cuisine.
