Over time this practice evolved into a beloved culinary ritual, passed down through generations and carried around the world by diasporic communities.
We invite you to join this delightful journey: from delicate dumplings and silk-soft steamed buns to succulent roasted duck and flaky pastries. Each bite is crafted to honor tradition and bring people together. Dumplings symbolize wealth and good fortune; sticky rice cakes promise growth and success; round buns and pastries reflect unity and reunion.
